πŸ“‹ The Basics

Starting & Hand Play

Every play begins in the hands.

🚩
Start of Play
A player holds the ball inside the center circle. The game begins at the referee’s whistle.
βœ‹
Hand Possession
Every player has 4 seconds to possess the ball β€” run, change direction (cut), and pass to a teammate with the hands.
πŸ›‘οΈ
No Tackling (Hands)
A player can’t be tackled while the ball is played with the hands. Only pass-interceptions are allowed.

🦢 On the Ground

Ball on the Ground & Restarts

When it drops, it’s soccer.

πŸ‘Ÿ
Switch to Feet
If the ball hits the ground for any reason, players use their feet to recover it β€” like soccer or futsal. Now the carrier can be challenged.
πŸ”€
4 Passes, Then Pick Up
The team in possession makes 4 consecutive passes without losing it, traps the ball with a foot, picks it up with the hands, and resumes toward goal.
🀼
Gaining Possession
While the ball is on the ground, opponents can challenge for it like a normal soccer/futsal game as both teams battle for possession.
↔️
Out of Bounds
The ball is placed where it went out. The team restarts with a dribble onto the field (within 4 seconds) or a pass to a teammate.

⏱️ Keep It Moving

The 4-Second Rule

The clock is only on your hands.

⏱️
Hand Possession
4 seconds to complete each play.
⏳
Dead-Ball Situations
4 seconds to restart play.
♾️
Ball at Your Feet
No time limit on foot possession.

πŸ₯… Putting It In

Scoring

How your team earns goals.

πŸ”’
Eligibility
After 4 consecutive legal passes, your team is eligible to score β€” and can keep scoring as long as possession isn’t lost.
🎯
How to Score
The ball is served from the hands directly to the foot and volleyed at the goal β€” without touching the ground.
πŸ”²
Goal Box
When shooting, the player must be outside the goal box agreed on by both teams.
βœ…
Valid Goal
The ball must cross the goal line and hit the back of the net to count.

πŸ”„ Switching Sides

New Possessions

Earn the right to score each time.

πŸ”
New Possession β€” Feet
Teams must make 4 consecutive passes with the feet AND 4 consecutive passes with the hands (without losing possession) to be eligible to score.
πŸ™Œ

Teams need 4 consecutive legal passes with the hands to become eligible to score.

πŸ† The Score
